Dr. Kim brings a distinguished academic background to our orthodontic team. She began her academic journey at Rutgers University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology. She then went on to attend the New York University College of Dentistry, graduating with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. During her time at NYU, she was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Dental Society for ranking in the top 10% of her class, and she was honored with the Dr. Bernard E. Rudner Memorial Award for achieving the highest production and clinical excellence.
Dr. Kim is currently in the process of Board Certification and maintains active memberships in the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association. Her clinical focus includes a range of services for children under the age of 18, offering Invisalign, clear braces, traditional braces, and same-day braces.
Away from the clinic, Dr. Kim is an avid traveler and foodie who recently married her husband in December 2024 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She is often found testing out new recipes, building intricate 3D models and LEGO sets, or piecing together clues in her favorite murder mysteries. We have already experienced how her enthusiastic spirit and commitment to patient outcomes elevate our practice environment, and we are certain your patients will value her compassionate approach to orthodontic treatment.
