What made you decide to transform your smile? “I actually came to Westrock Orthodontics to bring my son for an Orthodontic Evaluation and decided to make an appointment for myself too!” What motivated you to document your orthodontic journey as you did? “I documented my journey because I had always wanted to straighten my teeth! They were so crooked, I knew that the change would be dramatic.” What led you to take your orthodontic journey along with your sons? “Our insurance changed so we suddenly found ourselves looking for a new dentist and an orthodontist! At that time, were referred to Westrock Orthodontics by our dentist.” How did you like working with Dr. Rakstang and our team in Fort Smith? “The entire staff is incredible! I am so thankful that Dr. Rakstang is so meticulous about his work, I tried to get him to take my braces off several times and let him know how pleased I was with my smile- but he wasn’t having it. He always said, “We can get them looking even better!”, and boy, was he right! It was worth the wait!” About how long did it take you to complete your treatment? “18 months!”  How has your confidence changed throughout your treatment? “I have always smiled with my whole face, but knowing how beautiful my smile is, it’s just that much bigger now! I am constantly complimented and am always referring people to Dr. Rakstang!” How did our payment plan make braces an affordable commitment for you and/or your family? “I wouldn’t have been able to afford to put braces on myself as well as my family without the convenient payment plan that Westrock Orthodontics offers.” If you could tell other adults who are thinking about transforming their smiles one thing, what would it be? “The only regret that you’ll have is that you didn’t do it sooner!!” How has your life changed after getting your braces off and seeing your new smile? “Your smile is often the first thing that people notice about you. Before having braces, although I still smiled, I was always conscious of my teeth. Now I smile knowing that the first thing that people will see won’t be my crooked teeth, but this incredible smile!” Seeing our patients reaction to their new smile is priceless.
