Our mission is to provide you with quality, affordable orthodontic treatment that fits your budget. Because who doesn’t want that? Our treatment coordinators will review orthodontic payment plans and insurance options for your monthly budget based on your initial examination. More difficult cases may take longer to correct and therefore can cost more.
Our fees for braces and Invisalign cover the cost of appliances and services performed in office during active treatment, followed by an additional retention phase typically lasting 12 months. Emergency visits during normal office hours are also included in the quoted fee.
Additional charges apply for appliances that are lost or broken due to negligence. So don’t let your dog eat your retainer. Your fees do not include general dentistry, X-rays, extractions, or any surgical procedures needed related to treatment performed outside our offices.
We offer a discount for payment in full via cash or check at the start of treatment. MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted.
Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. These sometimes require the policyholder to elect an orthodontic addition to the regular dentistry policy prior to annual renewal. Insurance policies vary and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. We know staring at it yourself is likely to bring back that headache we just got rid of for you through one of our procedures. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
